ANMI promise and agrees to keep all Confidential Information received from its members strictly confidential and shall not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the member.

ANMI shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information, using at least the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature but not less than a reasonable standard of care.
